We go deep on your business — your strategy, your culture, your gaps — before we source a single candidate. Then we pursue the best talent in the market, including people who aren’t looking and would never respond to a job posting.

For mid-level and individual contributor roles, our contingent model is straightforward: you don’t pay us unless we place someone. No engagement fee, no retainer. We go to work, and you pay upon a successful hire.
We apply the same operator-level eye to every contingent search — we just move faster and at a structure that fits the level of the role. If you need a strong Senior Accountant or an FP&A Manager quickly, this is the model that makes sense.
