Founder & Managing Partner
Tyson is the Founder and Managing Partner of Elevate Advisors. Before launching the firm in 2019, he served as Chief Financial Officer of a global toy manufacturing and distribution company, where he helped transform a family-owned business into a dominant player in its industry.
Prior to that, Tyson held key financial and operational leadership roles at a global energy production firm, where he helped build the financial and planning infrastructure that enabled the company’s global expansion and eventual IPO.
Earlier in his career, he served in senior roles across construction, real estate development, manufacturing, public accounting, and retail. Tyson is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Flagler College.
With more than two decades of operating at the CFO and COO level, Tyson brings something rare to the fractional market: the ability to run both the financial and operational seat of a business. As one of a small number of practitioners who holds deep CFO experience alongside EOS Integrator credentials, he helps growth-stage founders build companies that are financially sound and operationally disciplined — at the same time— helping entrepreneurs elevate their companies with clarity, confidence, and discipline.
In-House Counsel & Director of Executive Recruiting
Genesa is a seasoned legal professional who brings a unique blend of legal acumen, strategic talent insight, and operational leadership to Elevate Advisors. In her dual role as In-House Counsel and Director of Executive Recruiting, she plays a pivotal part in shaping the firm’s talent strategy, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting the company’s mission.
With a foundation in corporate litigation, Genesa has advised businesses on contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and governance. Her legal background informs every aspect of her executive search work — giving her a sharp edge in assessing leadership candidates not just on skills and fit, but on strategic judgment, ethics, and ability to navigate complex environments.
